
Last Sunday and Monday, I spent the afternoon exploring the myriad of paintings, photographs, and sculptures in Washington DC's National Gallery of Art. Despite my proximity to the city, I had not been since I was in fifth grade, and it was so enjoyable to revisit this immense gallery. I so missed visiting DC's incredibly diverse array of museums during the pandemic, and stepping inside of this architectural beauty of a building felt almost surreal. As I always do when exploring any museum, I brought my camera along with me to capture photographs of the beautiful pieces of artwork that most resonated with me.
